Return & Exchange Policy

At Saeed Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

The return/exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice, where applicable.

Products that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable reasons.

Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to the processing time of the payment provider.

Exchange: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product. If eligible, we will arrange an exchange or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Saeed Mart may cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping charges may apply.
